NM is one of the few states with a Drug Policy Alliance office, that  
organization being the main national center for reform of US drug  
policy, http://www.drugpolicy.org/about/stateoffices/newmexico/.  
They're trying to build up support prior to the NM legislative  
session that is about to happen. Take a look at the web page if
