[FRIAM] voting machine tampering

Today's NYT had an OpEd by Bob Herbert on voting problems and issues.   
Perhaps those concerned progressives involved in IT, computers,  complexity and 
software should investigate electronic voting and its  inherent weaknesses that 
allow both unintentional and intentional errors.   Perhaps the UN should send 
election observers for the US elections.
