I was particularly pleased to see
   Jim Gettys, Vice President, Software Engineering
included.  Jim is a really serious developer as well as one of the  
most successful open source engineers.  He developed the X11 window  
system at MIT in the 80's and his insights of the importance of open  
source made X11 an amazing success.
