fwiw, looks like Mesa public library in Los Alamos has it on the shelf. 

1) Go to http://www.santafelibrary.org
2) Put in "egan greg" in the catalog quick search with Author
3) Then click on WorldCat icon at the bottom of the page
4) Click on a title you want
5) enter your zip code in the "Enter Location Information" box
6) Click on "Book" link for a desirable location

If you have Santa Fe library card, you have one sent to a Santa Fe 
branch, but you'd have to call.
