[FRIAM] short subjects

I decided to make a last minute effort to get an applications paper into
the IEEE conf this June, on 'learning from natural systems'.   Are there
issues or perspectives on the difference between computational and
physical complex systems and making use of them that anyone thinks
should or could be addressed?
