[FRIAM] Sen on altruism

For those of you who might be interested, Sen was also one of the  
originators of the UN's Human Development Index which measures and ranks  countries' 
human development based on a series of social, economic and cultural  indicators.

we used these report extensively.  Perhaps  complexity models would be a 
useful tools for the HDIs.
