Here in Italy you can get a Skype mobile phone!

It is certain that within a not many years (probably within 10), all  
telephony will be on the internet.  It would happen earlier (5 years,  
say), but the silly carriers are trying to stop it, but eventually  
telephony, television, and all forms of networking (cellular and  
internet for now) will be a single system.
