[FRIAM] Maude Barlow: The Growing Battle for the Right to Water (fwd)

Cloudcroft in NM is installing a sewage system that will recycle water  
turning sewage into potable water which will then be reused.  I have been  trying 
to get Santa Fe to consider such a system, (these systems are used in  Europe). 
 The savings in water would be significant.
