I am a bit perplexed why not have a winter clock all year long.

My personal thinking a winter clock year round or clocks and watches that adjust a little bit to get as much sunlight is a interesting and tempting idea.

Just neat it's coming back as a debate to ask: huh? why do we still do this?.
