What I did imply: "too many, if not most, government bureaucrats are arrogant, misinformed, if not outright ignorant, promulgators of rules and regulations that make sense only to them, based on ideas that they, and only they, KNOW to be the TRUTH, without giving credence to anything said by those with generations of actual experience." >

Yeah, ignorant rules like this<https://www.oag.ca.gov/news/press-releases/attorney-general-becerra-sues-department-energy-rollback-energy-efficiency>, this<https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2019/11/5/20942457/california-trump-fuel-economy-auto-industry>, and this<https://www.nytimes.com/2019/08/29/climate/epa-methane-greenhouse-gas.html>. Politicians and government regulators are not experts, and they are subject to lobbying by groups with selfish intent. Their constituents can also push them to make informed decisions too. Making it easier for resourced people to do the lobbying (striking down regulations and laws) just means more corruption.
