Somehow this nasty pandemic also has positive side effects. Springer grants access to some of their books as Jon noticed, ACM allows access, and I just stumbled upon these classic free to read books at the Muse project from the Johns Hopkins University (the one that has the famous Coronavirus dashboard and offers Data Science courses on Coursera), mostly from Princeton University Press:John H. Miller and Scott E. Page: Complex Adaptive Systemshttps://muse.jhu.edu/book/31093George C. Williams: Adaptation and Natural Selectionhttps://muse.jhu.edu/book/61016Joshua M. Epstein: Agent_Zerohttps://muse.jhu.edu/book/36715Michael Laver: Party Competition - An ABMhttps://muse.jhu.edu/book/36566Robert Axelrod: The Complexity of Cooperation: ABMs of Competition and Collaborationhttps://muse.jhu.edu/book/36199-J.
