[FRIAM] Virtual Meetings

He seems quite nice Frank.  And for someone whose mission is good strategic
planning, his comfort with on-line meetings is understandable.  For those
navigating the unprecedented questions and ambiguities that surround us,
especially young students, on-line meetings are sadly inappropriate.
