[FRIAM] Here's How the Texas Energy Grid Fell Short

I have seen rumors of micro nuclear reactors that are relatively safe. They
can fit in a semi truck trailer and are nice alternatives to the giant
custom made power plants we use now. However I wouldn't want one too close
to my house or food supply.
