[FRIAM] Breakfast in Santa Fe

No.  If you read the article carefully, sometimes guns with blanks and guns
without bullets can kill people, and it has happened befofe on movie sets.
It was a terrible and tragic accident.  I'm sure we'll learn what went
wrong.
