Maybe: "a *bug* in engineering is ¿possibly/likely? a *feature* in
evolution"?
I would claim that in the long run "all systems are evolutionary" in
spite of engineers/systems folks attempt to isolate them in
space/time/topology so as to direct them to change/behave to their own will.
