[FRIAM] Two thoughts : leaders can't and community might

1.  We have no script we would want leaders to present. Cutting fossil fuel use would lead to cascading failures and no body wants to go there. Leaders have no idea what to do.

2. Atractive community in 2040. I have been working on Gardenworld as an intermediate goal.
