[FRIAM] Programming-related XQCD cartoons

I neglected to say what everyone on this list probably knows already, 
the best part of an XKCD cartoon is the alt-text. On my desktop, you 
have to hover the mouse over the cartoon to make the text pop up. On my 
IOS devices, the text is always displayed without any additional action.
