I went to a Red Robin many years ago and they had large play area like a McDonalds would have. The difference is that they have alcohol to serve with the prepared frozen food. Idea is the parents can come there for an early dinner and slide into a coma while their kids are playing. Maybe he is making fun of his own country, but I don't understand the song text good enough to recognize the subtleties (upgrade? styrofoam?) and I have never been to an Applebee's either.
