I don't see a reason sensors could't be interfaced with an analog processor like <a href="https://mythic.ai/">https://mythic.ai</a> in a robot. How does that not get over the bar as non-information sensation? I very much doubt my brain could tell the difference
between real and artificial nerve stimulation. It ought to be a question of getting the mimicry just right.
