[FRIAM] white house petitions no longer counting

I agree, it looks like it got unclogged after some kind of blockage,
someone reported signing and confirming and failing to see the signature
counted, and the tax return petition was stuck at the level I remembered
from yesterday.

Sorry for the fake news, which may yet become true, no?
