[FRIAM] IEEE Computer Society's Top 12 Technology Trends for 2020

What is sorely lacking in articles like that is discussion of how societies
will address the massive displacement of workers that such automation
continues to cause. To be fair, that perhaps isn’t the job of IEEE, but
*someone* had better think about it.
