 gets me wondering....

A) If we see an individual's data as a fungible resource...

B) If each individual or minor's guardian had total control over all
aspects and permissions for usage of that data....

C) Would it be possible to create something like the Chicago Commodities
Exchange where an individual or collaboration of individuals could sell or
trade aspects of their data for specific purposes, time frames, languages
or geographies?

D) if so, could Santa Fe or NM be the physical home (powered by solar
energy) of such an exchange?
