[FRIAM] Development of political order

[Prof David West]

Daniel Suarez's book, Kill Decision, is a nice treatment of this scenario - both "good" and "bad" guys.

But it is worthless, because the Taliban are now 'heads of state' and we are not allowed to "hunt them down."
