Welcome to Presbyterian’s COVID-19 vaccine schedule tool. This vaccine registration tool will allow a limited group of Presbyterian employees, contractors and vendors as well as health care workers who qualify under Phase 1A to register to receive the vaccine. After answering a few questions about medical history, you will receive a recommendation for care. If you are eligible to be vaccinated at this time, you will be able to schedule an appointment to receive the vaccine. If you are not eligible at this time, we encourage you to check back periodically. 

The State of New Mexico is currently prioritizing healthcare personnel at moderate and high risk of exposure to infection, whether directly through patient contact or through the handling of infectious materials (Phase 1A) and persons age 75 years or older, persons age 16 and over with high risk medical conditions, essential workers (defined by NMDOH), and persons in congregate living facilities (Phase 1B). For initial distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine, Presbyterian is offering closed Point of Dispensing (POD) sites for those Presbyterian employees, contractors and vendors as well as health care workers who qualify under Phase 1A.

Try copying and pasting the link, when I did that it led to a page to schedule a vaccination. Clicking the link leads to a shortened version of the URL which is less useful.
