[FRIAM] The Dry Line and the Monsoon

I've been pushing the city for years, without success, to publicize our
various cloud cams.  There are literally 100k+ cloud watchers around the
world, people who hold conventions on all continents.  Santa Fe and our
summer clouds (if not today's) could easily host a visiting group.
