[FRIAM] Combustion and Convection Compared

In this time lapse, please not the two triangualr cloud structures , one
just of the Tx-NM border and other just south of it.  The one to the North
is a wildfire, the one to the south is an isolated thunderstorm.  Often
thunderstorms  present like wildfires,  has a single spot from which clouds
are emerging, as if the thunderstorm were a drain through which pent up
heat is draining.

Is that an other fire in the Malpais?
