[FRIAM] "Weather line" on 14

[Stephen Guerin]

Here's the video where the weather line is apparent near the Galisteo
Basin. Topographically there is a ridge to the south that you pass 25 miles
or south of Lamy. Frank will give us the name by 3p :-)
