[FRIAM] Comcast is winging about my "data use" for internet, who do I go to in order to [redacted] them back into place

Hi all comcast is being them, and given how [redacted] the governor is to
file a monopoly suit against them...
Who do I go to in order to tell them to know there roll and STFU, it's
2024, homy don't play that for getting charged for it being..well 2024.
IE Who has the power to fix this? A BBB and FC complaint? surely there's
someone in state that's a lot faster and has a lot more teeth.
And who the hell let them have the sheer gull and cheek to bet allowed to
have data caps?
