[FRIAM] Passing of Carl Tollander

I'm so sorry to hear this. I knew Carl when we both worked for BiosGroup
(2000-2001) and would see him occasionally over the next decade at Friam
and WedTech. He was such an instantly likeable guy, soft spoken and
sincere.
