10 miles of this on S NM14 from San Marcos Cafe to S. SFe.

I grew up on tumbleweeds but this was just wave after wave of the 
jumping under my tires and into my grille like jackrabbits on a moonlit 
night.

Half the cars were swerving to miss them while the trucks and jeeps were 
bashing them like moguls.

I found a rhythm which didn't require either but still drug enough along 
that I helped replant russian thistle on the roadways all the way home.
