Ha! No way, man. I use "y'all" because the plurality of "you" is ambiguous. And I would never, have never spoken the phrase "you all". And unlike some of us, here, I seriously dislike specific targets when talking in a public setting. Like, if I'm at a table with a bunch of people at the pub, to *only* talk to Bob is rude ... like those irritating students who insist on whispering to their neighbor through the whole class. [grrr]
