[FRIAM] An alternative for super massive black holes

I don't think the point is to get rid of event horizons, but rather to
get rid of singularities.
I read there are a number of "new physics" ideas for preventing a
singularity, such as gravastars. What I was harumphing about was the
idea that a fermionic ball will do the job - that is known physics.
