[FRIAM] NYT shows King going negative

Is some question that there is still a seed to restart everything?    It seems to me these trends are all subject to change as soon as distancing is relaxed.

    It's interesting that the NYT data shows King going negative (-36 cases) yesterday, but JHU doesn't. The slight uptick in DeKalb I mentioned on Friday seems to have washed out a bit.
