Good idea. I like Ecological catastrophe better. It is more broad, and
includes some of the big ones like anthropogenic extinction.
I have a game at my house that you could borrow. It is called CIA. The
point of the game is to respond to major crises around the globe, many of
which are political or technological, but some are ecological.

Here are some more ideas for your bingo game:
* extinction
* failed geo-engineering experiment
* massive human migration
* evolving/spreading disease
* crop failures
* insect die off
* ocean die off
* some kind of positive climate feedback that leads to rapid global warming
* droughts
* floods
* poisoning of a water system
* earthquakes from petroleum extraction
* wildfires
* climate induced economic disruptions
* heatwaves/coldsnaps
