[FRIAM] Chriopracter(sp) what takes insurances?

Moving the hurting part might somehow help it heal. I have no idea how. or
why though. Chi Gong excersizes, yoga, resting the neck on a rolled pillow
and just getting up and moving, walking etc.Is helping the tech Nech part.
I have no idea why.
