[FRIAM] Call blockers

Well, I'm not sure if you can still get a Google Voice number. But I just now added my landline as the "linked number" in my Google Voice account. And it now forwards there, screens calls, etc. So it's still there. Of course Google will/does kill things arbitrarily.
