[FRIAM] Why the Mystery of Consciousness Is Deeper Than We Thought

I am interested in the linking of language and consciousness in this 
thread.   There has been a growing awareness of people that claim not to 
have an inner monologue or primarily a non-language based thought 
process.  Are these people even conscious if they perceive the world 
without language labeling their experience?

These people are capable of language generation just not internal 
language so consciousness as the ability to communicate awareness still 
holds.  Just not an internal consciousness in words.
