thus my preference for Daimones
My brain is so infused (infested?) with Spike Jonze' /Samantha/ (voiced
by Scarlett J) and the idea that /she/ (her) was a facet or mode or ???
of a "giant AI in the Sky" which engaged with many at once, perhaps
"all" in a penultimate timeshare mode? I think there were reference
to "others" up to and including the Alan Watts styled AI-figure?
I'll bet Scarlett could talk Joaquin through learning how to clap...
and under the influence of "Alan Watts" perhaps even "one hand clapping"?
I do wonder at how much LLM chatbot interfaces (and related species of
UI/UX for AI) is shaped by Jonez' formulation/depiction?
I just discovered (the existence of) Maren Eggert's "I'm your Man" which
is now on my /watch list/... I suspect the Incels of the world will
soon be diverted from trolling and knifing and running down (with cars)
women to living in immersive video-games with
Hegsethian/Gaetzean/Trumpian/Muskian/Epstien styled effigies-of-women.
Not sure that is a good outcome... but might beat the current trajectory?
