All these properties follow from participating in the world in all of its complexities.   Build a model, predict things to change environment, succeed or fail, repeat.   If there prove to be some things that don't yield to prediction or intervention, or the interventions have bad consequences, tag them as especially sensitive.   The drive toward more universal predictions and interventions necessarily creates the behaviors of humility, nobility, and so on that acknowledge these sensitivities.   Wisdom isn't spontaneously created by intelligence, but it accrues through experience (both individual and cultural).  With low intelligence, the accrual process slows.   The behaviors can be mimicked, and often are by political agents.
