[FRIAM] Follow up re: Windows Update

Anyone else that gets how do I put this. Anoyed by MS insisting on
downloading bugy updates one of these might work around it.

I turned off update services for now as that seems less drastic than
 messing with registery stuff and you can turn it back on. I'd jut like
something in the middle, stable updates and a polite notice saying hey
their's some bug fixes, we can down load just the bug fixes and at your
convience update and spruce up your computer.
