[FRIAM] Want to leave the U.S.?

I would recommend Portugal, Spain, and Ital— in that order. The last two, you can buy a villa for a Euro. (of course tens of thousands in repairs and upgrades, but still a lot cheaper than any place in the U.S.

I am not leaving, BTW.
